Role & Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution:
- 1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets for PVC Pipes (cPVC, uPVC, SWR, HDPE, Plastic Water Storage Tanks).
- 2. Identify new market opportunities, including institutional, retail, and project-based sales.
- 3. Drive volume growth through channel partners, distributors, and direct sales.
- Appoint, train, and manage distributors, dealers, and retailers across regions.
- 5. Strengthen distribution network penetration in existing and new territories.
- 6. Ensure effective inventory management and product availability in the market.
- 8. Build and maintain relationships with key customers, contractors, builders, and government bodies.
- 9. Handle large project sales and institutional clients.
