Aspen Contracting is looking for driven, motivated individuals to join our Outside Sales team in the Charlotte market. As a Project Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners to identify exterior restoration needs, provide professional property inspections, and guide customers through the restoration process.

We provide paid training, tools, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Hiring throughout the greater Charlotte area and surrounding North Carolina communities.

All North Carolina leads are assigned through the local market based on business needs.

Employment Type:

Full-Time (W-2)

Compensation: $50,000–$200,000+ annually

Pay Structure:
Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Training:
Paid Training Provided

Schedule:

Daytime, evenings, and weekends based on customer appointments

Travel:
Local travel throughout the Charlotte market

Experience:

No roofing experience required

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood outreach, and other lead‑generation activities.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company-provided training and technology.
• Educate homeowners about exterior restoration solutions.
• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
• Guide customers through the sales and restoration process.
• Maintain consistent communication with homeowners throughout their projects.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Follow up with customers after project completion.
• Represent Aspen Contracting professionally in the community.

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required
.

Experience in outside sales, retail, automotive, customer service, hospitality, real estate, insurance, or other customer‑facing environments can translate well into this role.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift equipment as needed
• Ability to work a Full-Time schedule

This is a Full-Time W-2 position with uncapped earning potential.
