Charlotte, NC (100% Onsite)
Hours: 9AM to 5PM or 10AM to 6PM
Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Support Specialist to assist our sales team and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Track, manage, and follow up on incoming sales leads
- Handle inbound customer calls and route inquiries appropriately
- Provide phone support for parts inquiries and general customer assistance
- Schedule travel arrangements for sales staff
- Maintain and update sales reports and related documentation
- Coordinate trade show schedules, logistics, and preparation
- Assist with shipping coordination and related documentation
- Provide backup phone coverage and general office support as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
- Strong Japanese and English language proficiency
- Must be able to multitask as duties including filling in for parts or service support line help
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar reporting tools
- Ability to track and maintain detailed records
