The Commercial Advisory Manager is accountable for leadership of category, channel and geography‑centric analyses designed to formulate selling stories in support of CCCI’s Marketing Strategies and Commercial Plans. The Manager utilizes available tools and resources to generate insights that uncover current trends and identify future opportunities to grow CCCI’s business. The Commercial Advisory Manager serves as the subject matter expert on category, channel and geography‑led insights across the entire beverage landscape and works closely with key constituents across the CCCI footprint to build relationships and collaboratively identify opportunities for gap solving.

- Serve as primary lead for the development of industry‑wide reports and scorecards of category, channel and geography‑centric performance trends for key commercial and sales constituents.
- Collaborate across disciplines and departments (Sales Team, Category Space Team, RGM) to develop information‑based presentations that assist with solving business issues, identify opportunities, and provide solutions and recommendations.
- Assess market conditions, category conditions and shopper behavior and recommend strategies to meet and exceed company performance objectives.
- Collaborate with channel and customer commercialization leads to review the impact of strategies and initiatives on overall performance at the category, channel, and geographic levels.
- 3‑5 years of experience with data analytics, preferably with a CPG company
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong presentation and communication abilities with both external (customers) and internal partners
- Proven knowledge of and experience with syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI) and shopper card data
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge acquired through 3 to 5 years of work experience
- Four‑year degree in Marketing, Finance, or General Business
