Brightspeed is looking for detail-oriented and analytical Sales Compliance Analyst to support our sales operations by ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical sales practices. You will play a key role in safeguarding our company's integrity while enabling a compliant and effective sales strategy.
Responsibilities- Monitoring sales activities and documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Conducting audits of sales transactions and customer interactions to identify potential compliance risks
- Collaborating with Legal, Sales, and Operations teams to implement and refine compliance procedures
- Investigating and reporting any non-compliant behavior, working with stakeholders on remediation
- Assisting with the development and delivery of compliance training programs for sales personnel
- Supporting regulatory and internal audits by providing required documentation and data
- Staying current with relevant laws and regulations affecting sales practices (e.g., anti-bribery laws, industry-specific rules)
- Preparing compliance reports and dashboards for leadership
WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or sales operations (experience in a sales-driven environment preferred)
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, legal regulations, and ethical standards
- Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Travel not required but may be available, depending on business needs

- Experience in field sales compliant sales and procedures
- Familiarity with regulatory standards such as FCPA, GDPR, or industry-specific compliance frameworks
