Fitness Sales Associate - HOTWORX Steele Creek

HOTWORX Steele Creek is looking for a full-time Fitness Sales Associate to help grow our infrared fitness studio community. This role is built for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives on outreach, and wants uncapped earning potential tied directly to their hustle.

• Drive membership sales through studio tours, follow-ups, and closing new members
• Lead local outreach efforts, building relationships with nearby businesses, gyms, and community groups
• Support B2B partnerships, helping bring in corporate wellness accounts and group memberships
• Help plan and run studio events, challenges, and member appreciation activities to build engagement and referrals
• Represent the studio and brand in the community, building genuine relationships that turn into memberships

• Sales experience, ideally in fitness, wellness, or a membership-based business
• Comfortable with outreach and proactive selling, not just waiting on inbound leads
• A natural connector who enjoys building relationships and community presence
• Self-motivated and goal-driven, with genuine excitement about uncapped commission

Compensation:

Base pay 15-17 per hour plus unlimited commission
