Sales Lead Generator

Brothers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing seeks a Sales Lead Generator to support growth in residential and light commercial HVAC and plumbing services. In this role, you'll qualify inbound calls, web inquiries, and marketing leads; make outbound follow-up calls; and schedule sales and service appointments. You'll explain basic HVAC and plumbing service options, capture accurate customer information, and enter it into our CRM.

Working closely with sales and dispatch, you'll help keep the schedule full, meet daily and weekly lead goals, and provide friendly, professional communication that reflects our service-focused, trust-based culture.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound calls, web inquiries, and marketing-generated leads for HVAC and plumbing services
• Make outbound follow-up calls to past and prospective customers to generate appointments
• Ask discovery questions to understand customer needs and urgency of service
• Explain basic service options, promotions, and maintenance programs to homeowners and small businesses
• Accurately capture and update customer and job details in CRM or scheduling software
• Schedule sales and service appointments to keep field technicians efficiently booked
• Collaborate with sales, dispatch, and customer service teams to prioritize and assign leads
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly lead, call, and conversion targets
• Maintain professional, friendly communication that supports customer trust and satisfaction
• Provide feedback to management on lead quality, campaigns, and customer trends
