We are looking for a Sales Representative/Account Manager to help manage key customer relationships while growing and developing new business. The role serves as the main contact for territory distributor locations, managing the distributor network and prospecting for new accounts as a key member of our Field Sales team.

• Serve as primary contact for day‑to‑day responsibilities for all top distributor locations within your territory.
• Develop and leverage strong business relationships with key distributor contacts at each branch location.
• Develop and leverage geographic contacts and maintain established call frequency for defined national account customers, Home Depot district managers, and national/regional builder contacts.
• Manage established dealer network while prospecting for new accounts and developing markets.
• Develop and execute an annual business plan with the Regional/District Sales Manager.
• Establish KPI targets with the Regional Sales Manager and execute a plan to deliver optimal results.
• Manage individual travel and expense budget.
• Effectively manage co‑op funding within primary distributor responsibility.

Bay Area, California

This position requires overnight travel within the designated territory to meet with customers. Additional overnight travel will be required for trade shows, industry events, and other professional development opportunities. A valid driver’s license is required.

Full‑Time/Regular

We are looking for leaders with a proven sales success record. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. We want to hear from you if you have previous experience as an account executive, field sales representative, or key account manager.

• Sales Representative:
  At least 3 years of outside sales experience is required.
  • Candidates without a degree must have at least 6 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record.
• Account Manager:
  At least 5 years of outside sales experience is required.
  • Candidates without a degree must have at least 8 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record.

• Sales Representative
  :
  Base Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000 annually.
• Account Manager
  :
  Base Salary Range: $70,000 – $100,000 annually.

The salary range is a general guideline and does not account for other benefits or additional compensation. The role is also eligible for an annual sales bonus in addition to base salary.
