Job Summary

• Sales Representative for the Immunology team, responsible for promoting and selling innovative therapies to healthcare providers in a designated territory.

• Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve or exceed sales goals.
• Educate healthcare professionals on clinical benefits and appropriate use of immunology/rare disease product(s).
• Identify, target, and engage key stakeholders (specialists, hospitals, infusion centers, patient advocacy groups).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services to support patient access and education.
• Maintain deep knowledge of disease state, product, competitive landscape, and evolving treatment guidelines.
• Ensure all activities are conducted within compliance guidelines and company policies.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; life sciences or related field preferred.
• Advanced clinical degree (PharmD, PA, or NP) is a plus.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty sales experience; immunology, rare disease, or specialty biologics strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical acumen; able to discuss complex scientific information.
• Proven success in complex selling environments and navigating matrixed organizations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within the territory as needed.

• Experience launching a new rare disease product or indication.
• Understanding of patient access and reimbursement pathways.
• CRM tools familiarity (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce) and digital sales platforms.
• Experience working with patient advocacy organizations.
• Ability to interpret and communicate scientific data to clinical and non-clinical audiences.
• Adaptability and resilience.
