Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and sales-oriented Marketing Agent to support customer acquisition, promotional campaigns, and business growth initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, presenting products and services, building customer relationships, and working toward measurable sales goals.
Responsibilities- Engage with prospective customers through promotional and sales activities.
- Present and explain products and services clearly and professionally.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, community events, and outreach activities.
- Follow up with prospective customers to develop sales opportunities.
- Assist with promotional materials, displays, and customer engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve marketing and sales objectives.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.
- Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
- Strong relationship-building and persuasion abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
