Internet Sales Consultant

We are hiring for multiple sales representatives to join our winning team! No experience necessary. Our reputable training program includes an online certification, one‑on‑one training on the sales process, and ongoing training through Volkswagen. Individuals with prior experience working in retail sales, wireless sales, hospitality and/or restaurant businesses, and customer service are encouraged to apply.

• Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
• Respond to email inquiries in a professional, well‑spoken manner
• Assist customers in vehicle selection based on their needs
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online
• Check email frequently and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
• Accurately log activities on the internal lead management system
• Generate leads for our F&I managers
• Deliver sold vehicles personally to ensure quality service and to generate referrals

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
• Self‑driven and motivated to achieve results
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience generating and/or building a loyal client base highly regarded
• Knowledge of current trends and news, plus a strong desire to learn more and do more
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
