• One to three years of Customer service experience in hospitality, construction, Insurance, Real estate, etc Military welcome also etc.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a Team environment.
• Must have reliable transportation to commute back and forth to work.
• Valid driver’s license and must pass background check.
• If you need to relocate. You’re required to relocate before starting work.
• Organized and Intermediate computer skills are a must.
• Self motivated, eager to learn and able to manage time wisely.

• Effectively communicate the needs of the homeowner and are willing to learn how to work with insurance providers.
• Run Inspections, set appointments and put together aplan for homeowners.
• Run leads provided by Camden Roofing.
• Creating self generated leads is a bonus.
• Provide Roofing & Gutter solutions using superior quality building materials.
• Build a network of referrals.
• Stay organized and remain transparent with teammates and customers.
• Follow up and follow through by keeping homeowners updated while their project is in motion.
• Full Time/ W-2 position.

Salary: $85,000.00 – $150k per year (Top performers earn $150K plus)
