We are looking for an experienced Senior Client Partner / Account Head to drive strategic client relationships and business growth within the Financial Services (BFSI) sector.
Key Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth and close new business opportunities
- Build relationships with CIOs, CXOs, and senior business stakeholders
- Develop account strategies and expand client relationships
- Manage the sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through deal closure
- Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and global teams to develop winning solutions
- Sell solutions across Digital Transformation, Cloud, AI/ML, Modernization, and Automation
- 10+ years of experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Technology Solutions Sales
- Proven track record of generating new revenue and closing large engagements
- Strong experience selling to Banking, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Financial Services clients
- Established BFSI network with the ability to engage senior executives
- Knowledge of AI/ML, Cloud, Digital Transformation, Modernization, and Automation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
