An Inside Sales Associate is responsible for helping customers select material while providing professional customer service. This is accomplished by assisting customers make decisions, efficiently processing and sending information, inventory control, and strong communication skills. We recognize our future is dependent on our ability to service the needs of our clients and our goal is to consistently meet or exceed expectations to enjoy shared success.
Requirements to be considered for the Position:
- Previous experience in asales/customer service environment
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Self-motivated
- Strong Computer Skills
- Team player
Responsibilities of the Position:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers by supplying knowledge of product
- Provide timely and accurate quotes to fabricators
- Provide superior customer service while ensuringsalesgoals
- Support the outsidesalesprogram as needed
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed including sales, inventory and safety
