Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Entry Level Marketing and Event Assistant role based in Charlotte, NC. Event Sales Assistant – Build Skills That Stay With You for Life

We’re looking for an Event Assistant who’s ready to learn, grow, and make a real impact. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with passion, heart, and the drive to help others—no prior experience required.

What You’ll Do
  • Support event setup and execution to ensure smooth, successful fundraising experiences.
  • Represent our nonprofit partners with enthusiasm, professionalism, and heart.
  • Engage with donors face-to-face, build excitement, and help communities support causes that matter.
  • Learn the fundamentals of sales, presentation, persuasion, and relationship-building.
  • Work closely with your team to hit goals and maximize results at each event.
  • Build leadership skills by stepping up, taking initiative, and learning to problem-solve in real time.
