• Meet with individuals and families to understand their insurance needs
• Explain available life insurance options clearly and professionally
• Follow up with prospective clients by phone, video, and in person
• Complete applications accurately and follow carrier compliance requirements
• Maintain an organized schedule and consistent weekly activity
• Participate in coaching, training, and team accountability
• Work approximately 70% in the field with clients in and around Charlotte
• Work approximately 30% remotely, including phone, video, follow-up, and training
• Purchase and manage personal lead inventory after becoming established

• A state insurance license is required
• Reliable vehicle
