- Own and manage enterprise and strategic client relationships and delivery of the Wellnecity value proposition through regular client touchpoints, reporting readouts, working sessions, and strategic discussions
- Translate data and insights into clear recommendations to help clients understand implications, make informed decisions, and drive tangible outcomes
- Serve as a trusted advisor, develop understanding of client objectives, establish success plans, and identify ways Wellnecity can achieve client goals
- Champion customer needs internally, identify risks and opportunities, and coordinate resources to resolve complex issues and deliver on priorities
- Partner with Implementation to support onboarding and transition of new clients into account management
- Serve as the primary escalation point for assigned clients, ensuring delivery, coordination, and follow-through
- Own renewal and expansion revenue targets for assigned clients
- Develop relationships with influential client stakeholders, including VP and C-level executives
- Partner with Sales, Product, Data, Technology, and Operations to address client needs and improve customer experience
- Improve processes, tools, and workflows to strengthen client delivery and team effectiveness
- Mentor team members, share best practices, and develop knowledge of Wellnecity solutions and the healthcare landscape
- Report to the Chief Commercial Officer
- Travel periodically for client and firm meetings (
