The Walsh Family Agency is growing and looking for a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in the University area of Charlotte, NC. - Handle client questions and requests, resolving any issues promptly
- Provide an exceptional customer service experience to all clients
- Conduct client needs analysis to uncover coverage gaps and offer solutions
- Cross-sell products to existing clients to enhance their coverage
- Refer clients to other parts of the organization for additional services
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly and accurately
- Candidate must have an Active Property and Casualty License to be considered
- You should have 1-3 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field
. - Preferably Allstate appointed in the last 6 months.
- Have strong problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.
- Great with documentation and organizational skills to keep detailed records.
- Persuasive sales skills with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is bonus
