Key Account Manager

Our client, a leading manufacturer of industrial safety and sensing technology is expanding its US commercial team. We're hiring a Key Account Manager to lead new business development and account growth, working directly with manufacturers, distributors, and industrial end users.

This is a high-autonomy, high-visibility commercial role. You'll own the full sales cycle while working closely with sales leadership, marketing, and a technical/service team to deliver measurable value to customers.

• Build and manage a portfolio of key accounts and channel partners.
• Drive new customer acquisition and expand existing accounts.
• Build relationships with decision-makers, technical influencers, end users, and purchasing departments.
• Use a consultative sales approach.
• Conduct customer visits, business reviews, and technical presentations.

• 4-5+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial or material handling equipment markets; safety equipment experience (anti-collision systems, safety barriers, sensing/monitoring solutions) is a strong plus.
• Experience selling capital equipment and/or subscription-based software/monitoring solutions.
• Strong understanding of the US industrial and material handling equipment market.
• Curious, proactive, resilient, and collaborative - comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy.
• Willingness to travel overnight 2+ nights per week.
• Experience with CRM systems for pipeline and forecast management.
