  • Multi-Channel Engagement: Qualify prospective homeowners, evaluate property specifications, and gather project parameters to keep warm leads moving through the pipeline.

  • Proactive Follow-Up: Execute continuous follow-up cadences with prospects who have received estimates but have not yet finalized bookings, ensuring zero opportunities fall through the cracks.

2. Visual Mock-Up Creation & Estimating

  • Visual Presentation: Learn and utilize proprietary estimation software to generate accurate visual mock-ups illustrating standardized warm-white lighting designs on customer properties.

  • Estimate Dispatch & Deposit Capture: Prepare and transmit standardized online estimates, answer pricing questions, resolve customer objections, and secure initial deposits to finalize bookings.

3. Pipeline Hygiene & Administrative Execution

  • CRM Logging: Maintain real-time notes, estimate statuses, and communication logs inside the company’s lead management system.

  • Operational Handoffs: Escalate custom installation requests or technical exceptions to the internal operations team, ensuring smooth transitions to installation crews.

  • Tech Stack Literacy: Fast learner capable of mastering proprietary visual estimating and CRM platforms quickly.

  • Schedule & Seasonal Commitment: Dedicated availability to work non-traditional hours (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST Weekdays; 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Weekends
