Lead and manage the Neuroscience sales team within a designated region, driving sales growth for Ipsen's neuroscience portfolio.
Responsibilities:- recruit, train, and develop Sales Representatives
- develop regional business plans aligned with national strategies
- build relationships with key opinion leaders and accounts
- analyze market environment
- manage regional budget
- ensure compliance with regulatory and promotional standards
- partner with cross-functional teams including Value & Access and Business Operations
- and provide market intelligence.
- BA/BS degree
- 8+ years of biopharma sales experience with at least 3 years in neuroscience sales leadership
- strong knowledge of injectable medications, payer landscape, reimbursement, and key account management
- experience with specialty pharmacy pathways
- willingness to travel.
experience with migraine treatments, toxins market, and preventive/acute branded therapies.
High Value:neuroscience therapeutic area, sales leadership, payer and access expertise, specialty pharmaceuticals, regional account management, compliance oversight, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
Work Setup:regional field-based role with travel as needed.
