The Selling Advisor builds client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional service, and personal engagement. This onsite role serves customers in-store and digitally, using styling expertise and technology to support sales and client needs.
Responsibilities- Provide expert styling, fashion, and brand guidance to clients.
- Use digital selling tools, social media, and omnichannel inventory to connect with customers and showcase products.
- Achieve personal sales, conversion, and wardrobing goals through outreach and technology.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fashion, styling, and fashion retail experience.
- Experience selling to clients using digital tools and experience in commission sales.
- Ability to set and achieve sales goals, with a flexible work schedule.
