As a Security Officer - Credit Union Rover Patrol in Charlotte, NC
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. This is a Part-Time role with a flexible schedule. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible to help identify and report security-related concerns. You will support access control, assist employees and visitors with professionalism, and document incidents with clear communication.

Wed 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM;
Thu 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM

• Provide customer service at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, coordinating with site contacts and/or public emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, customer areas, parking areas and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, assist with visitor direction and report suspicious behavior according to post orders.
• Complete detailed reports of patrols, incidents and observations, and communicate pertinent information to Allied Universal management and/or site representatives.

• 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience OR a college degree.
• Proof of high school diploma/GED.
• Be 21+ years of age. For unarmed roles, at least 18 years old; for armed roles, 21+.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment depending on state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
