Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, ATM areas, lobby, offices, and the exterior perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site.;
Monitor access points and observe for irregular activity, assisting with visitor management, after-hours access, and reporting conditions that may lead to loss or damage.;
Document and report patrol activities, incidents, and policy violations using required reporting tools, and communicate updates to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and coordinating with local law enforcement when needed.
