• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with networking in a manufacturing setting
• General programming knowledge in languages such as Python, Java, or Ladder
• Strong understanding of enterprise networks and connection methods
• Education:
  
  Associate degree

• 3-20 years of manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with industrial protocols such as Ether Net/IP, PROFINET, or OPC UA
• Knowledge of VLANs, routing, firewall configuration, and OT cybersecurity standards
