** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a financial services location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public responders as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including lobbies, offices, ATM areas, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.

+ Monitor access points and verify entry authorization for employees, visitors, and vendors, helping to support established access control practices for a professional financial environment.

+ Maintain readiness for an armed post by following post orders, handling assigned equipment in accordance with policy, and reporting maintenance issues, hazards, and/or procedural concerns to Allied Universal leadership.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ Possess 4 or more years of military or law enforcement experience or a criminal justice degree.

+ An armed guard card and/or license is preferred.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
