Job Title: Courtesy Officer (Part Time)

Arlington Properties is seeking a Courtesy Officer to help maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere at one of our vibrant multifamily communities.

• Maintain a visible presence throughout the property by walking the grounds daily.
• Respond to noise complaints and help de‑escalate situations professionally.
• Assist residents with lockouts and other non‑emergency needs.
• Monitor common areas like pools, laundry rooms, and fitness facilities.
• Check lighting and report maintenance needs to the management team.
• Observe and report vandalism, suspicious activity, or vehicle violations.
• Support overall community safety through routine patrols.
• Contact local law enforcement when appropriate, in accordance with policy.

• Play a crucial role in creating a safe and welcoming environment for residents.
