• Provide customer service to personnel, drivers, and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Control access at entry and exit points by verifying identification, checking credentials, issuing visitor access, and maintaining required entry logs and/or records.
• Screen incoming and outgoing traffic by monitoring vehicle and pedestrian gates, coordinating with dispatch and site contacts, and directing authorized visitors to appropriate check‑in areas.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including reporting hazards, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity through approved communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, loading areas, and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site location.

• Customer Service Experience - preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet - preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
