Security Officer Area Patrol

Position: Security Officer Full Time Area Patrol
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or public emergency responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns;
Monitor entry points, loading areas, and/or vacant spaces to help support authorized access, report maintenance or life system issues, and relay important information according to post procedures;
Complete routine reports, activity logs, and/or incident documentation while maintaining a professional presence that helps support daily operations for the property and its occupants
