5:00am – 1:30pm

Provides oversight and ensures compliance for all service lines of business, according to TSA and airport regulations. Serves in a leadership capacity and as a representative of ACTS-Aviation Security.

• Provide support to ACTS Security Guards in daily activities.
• Schedule and assign Security Guards to ensure proper coverage and relief.
• Conduct documented audits of employee work performance.
• Report daily, weekly, and monthly activities to management.
• Maintain compliance with collective bargaining agreements.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

• High school diploma required.
• Three years of supervisory experience in a professional environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Security Management or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Valid North Carolina Security License.
• Integrity, mature attitude, good judgment.

8 hour shift, weekend availability.
