Security Officer Foot Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial property location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions according to site expectations;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and report maintenance, lighting, and/or property concerns;
Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for visitors, vendors, and/or delivery personnel while following post instructions and established protocols;
Communicate with property management, tenants, and/or first responders as needed regarding incidents, suspicious activity, and other security-related matters
