What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities appropriate for a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and reporting observations to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter checkpoints, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and high-value spaces for unusual behavior, and verify credentials, deliveries, and visitor access in line with site policies.
• Support cash handling and other sensitive operational activities through visible presence, attentive observation, and timely communication regarding security-related issues and/or suspicious activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPO is required.
• Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Any armed role requires being at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
