We are seeking a highly capable Security Contract Administrator to develop and implement security strategies at our company. You will be creating security policies and procedures for security operations and coordinating security staff.
To ensure success as a security contract administrator, you should possess extensive knowledge of physical security or experience in a similar role. A top‑notch security administrator will be someone whose security expertise results in a safe and well‑protected environment.
Responsibilities- Collaborating with department managers to determine security needs.
- Administrative responsibilities which will include but not limited to time keeping and onboarding.
- Supervising, recruiting, and training security personnel.
- Liaison between security team and client to insure proper coverage of post for all 3 shifts.
- Developing work schedules, allocating tasks, and monitoring personnel performance.
- Coordinating responses to emergencies and alarms, as well as compiling incident reports.
- Working Directly with Administrative Manager in Greensboro and Corporate office.
- Ensuring that all security licenses are up to date and in compliance with the state of N.C.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies.
- High school diploma or GED.
- State-prescribed security training, licensing, and registration. Training will be provided if needed.
- At least two years of experience in a similar role.
- Extensive experience in preventing illegal activity and performing access control.
- In‑depth knowledge of security procedures.
- Knowledge of security industry regulations.
- Advanced ability to coordinate responses to security breaches and threats.
- Superb leadership, administrative and organizational abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Availability to respond to security alerts outside of business hours.
