Security Officer Patrol Operations Agent

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points, observe pedestrian and vehicle traffic, and report suspicious behavior, unsecured doors, lighting issues, and/or other property concerns to the appropriate contacts;
Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to property management and/or emergency personnel as needed;
Assisting with visitor directions, answering routine questions, and maintaining a visible presence to promote order at the location
