Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the lobby, offices, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and support established procedures for deliveries, guests, and after-hours access.;
Observe and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or facility issues while maintaining a professional presence and providing clear communication with staff, visitors, and first responders when needed.
