** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a dynamic technology location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting security-related concerns and reporting them through appropriate channels.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior work areas, common spaces, loading areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

+ Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and communicate with employees, visitors, and vendors regarding site policies and security-related procedures.

+ Support daily operations by observing the location for potential hazards, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations, then escalating concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
