Security Officer Driving Patrol Monitor

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, following posted policies, and responding to emergency and/or non-emergency situations as appropriate;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and sharing observations with site leadership as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor customer and visitor activity at the location, assist with access and directional support, and report suspicious behavior, property concerns, and/or policy violations;
Support retail operations during opening, closing, and busy business periods by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with crowd and line management, and helping with security-related response needs
