Job Description
The Corporate Security Military Development Program is a two-year rotational program that gives veteran leaders the chance to leverage military experience and skills in our corporate environment. It develops associates through two different assignments in Corporate Security line of business functions, fostering teamwork, networking, and leadership. Preferred candidates can handle multiple competing priorities, learn new tools quickly, and possess strong interpersonal, technical, and management skills.

Intelligence Analyst
- Administer the security intelligence/analysis program for a large geographic region.
- Review and analyze information from a variety of sources and contacts with knowledge of source systems.
- Formulate habitual and proactive reporting, briefings, and assessments for management or internal customers, focusing on potential impact to BAC employees, facilities, or operations.
- Perform complex analysis and brief emerging threats and trends in the analyst’s area of responsibility.
- Act as crisis reporter and/or team lead during security-related incidents and when designated on‑call analyst.
- Keep stakeholders informed of potential security issues using comprehensive knowledge of intelligence practices, threat analysis, forecasting, and other analytical methodologies.
- Evaluate potential impacts of identified threats and vulnerabilities on the organization’s operations, assets, and personnel.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise and guidance to teams supporting technology applications and access provisioning.
- Participate in or lead intelligence/analysis projects that are highly visible and impact many associates.
Security Preparedness
- Review observations to identify trends in physical security best practices and improvement opportunities.
- Research physical security threats to Bank of America owned and leased facilities to facilitate realistic exercises.
- Conduct elevated security exercises, including red team assessments, to drive threat vulnerability assessment within the risk framework.
- Drive enterprise readiness for critical events through training, exercises, and red team programs (simulated adversary exercises to test defenses and response).
- Conduct security reviews of critical facilities and coordinate/support Threat Vulnerability Assessments (TVAs) executed by Protective Services across the global footprint.
- Lead after‑action reviews to strengthen response and continuously improve capabilities.
- Conduct threat assessments to mitigate the risk of workplace violence and other safety and security related threats.
- Partner on development of threat management and workplace violence training.
- Collaborate with other lines of business to capture the full spectrum of possible threats and vulnerabilities to physical security at Bank of America.
- Document and deliver reports on operational findings, detailing concise and comprehensive vulnerabilities in physical security measures to improve prevention, detection, mitigation, and response capabilities.
- Research target facilities prior to operations to gather information, identify possible vulnerabilities, and finalize objectives for Red Team members.
- Communicate physical threats and vulnerabilities with Global Corporate Security’s senior leadership to implement physical security recommendations.
Strategic Planning/Initiatives
- Support Corporate Security executives in defining, prioritizing, and executing strategic initiatives across security operations, intelligence, executive protection, and resilience programs.
- Drive end‑to‑end execution of high‑impact, cross‑functional initiatives that strengthen enterprise security capabilities and readiness.
- Support governance routines, including leadership forums, strategic reviews, and regulatory or risk‑based reporting.
- Develop and deliver insightful analytics to assess program effectiveness, operational performance, and emerging risk trends across Corporate Security.
