What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and support emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including lobbies, offices, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, verify credentials and/or permissions, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Prepare detailed activity and incident reports, document observations, and communicate clearly with site contacts, law enforcement, and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPO is required.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• An armed guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
