• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through established channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including lobbies, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter access points, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verifying credentials and/or directing guests in accordance with site procedures for a professional financial institution environment.
• Support staff and visitors with security-related assistance, answer questions, and communicate with local leadership and/or first responders when needed.

• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• A minimum of 3 years of security-related, military, or law enforcement experience, or an associate’s degree in criminal justice, is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
