Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, lobby areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, verify access permissions, and report suspicious behavior or maintenance issues;
Assist with opening, closing, and after-hours security routines including checking doors, lighting, and restricted areas according to site procedures
