Security Officer FT Day Shift

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and potential concerns.;
Monitor access points and observe visitor, tenant, and vendor activity; report unauthorized access attempts, property concerns, and policy violations according to site procedures.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.;
Prepare clear and accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
