IT Sourcing Specialist (Procurement

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives for indirect spend categories supporting CIB, WIM, and Commercial Banking.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, supplier performance, and risk management.
• Negotiate complex commercial agreements, including:
• SaaS subscriptions
• On-premise software licensing
• Professional and consulting services
• Broker and financial services contracts
• Partner with business stakeholders, legal, risk, compliance, information security, and finance teams throughout the sourcing lifecycle.
• Conduct supplier assessments, market analysis, benchmarking, and competitive bid processes (RFI/RFP/RFQ).
• Identify and deliver cost-reduction opportunities while ensuring business requirements are met.
• Support third-party risk management efforts and ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies.
