As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Incident Documentation in Charlotte, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment.

- Mon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
What You’ll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the facility, exterior areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
- Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
- Complete required reports, logs, and incident documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
- Possess 3+ years of security-related, military, or law enforcement experience or an associate’s degree in criminal justice.
- Be at least 21 years of age. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
