Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and/or team members by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations;
Observe and report unusual activity, potential hazards, and/or policy violations to deter theft, trespassing, and other unauthorized activity;
Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and compliance with site-specific procedures while maintaining a professional presence;
Be alert and responsive to security-related incidents and emergencies
