Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, ATM or entry locations, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and observe visitor and/or employee activity, following site protocols for identification, entry, and reporting of security-related concerns;
Document daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities in required reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives
