Day Time Sat 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

Sun 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs.
• Monitor access to the facility, receive and direct incoming calls, and provide clear directions and information to authorized personnel and guests.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and promptly reporting concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Monitor front-desk communications and security-related systems, document daily activities and unusual occurrences, and help to deter unauthorized access.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
