Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and access-control protocols at a retail distribution center.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and driver logs, and direct authorized personnel to appropriate locations.;
Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, trailer yards, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.;
Document daily activities, incidents, and access-control-related observations in accordance with site policies and Allied Universal procedures.
