Pool Scouts of Lake Norman and South Charlotte is looking to hire a Pool Repair Technician who is reliable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable diagnosing and resolving pool equipment issues in the field. Pool Scouts is a residential pool service company focused on raising the standard of pool care. This role is focused on troubleshooting and repairing residential pool systems. The ideal candidate understands how pool equipment works as a system and can confidently identify issues, recommend solutions, and complete repairs correctly the first time. Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with pumps, filtration, plumbing, heaters, and controls are essential.
