We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanic for a first‑shift opportunity in Charlotte, North Carolina. If you have strong commercial experience and can work independently, we want to connect with you!

- Hang and install ductwork (rectangular and spiral)
- Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and shop drawings
- Lay out, measure, and install duct according to specifications
- Work safely and efficiently on commercial job sites
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines
- Proven experience as an HVAC Mechanic (commercial preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Must have own tools
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
